That meeting would usually last about 90 minutes, we then produce a proposal for your consideration, tweak if necessary, then make a recommendation, then leave it up to you to decide as & when you’re ready.
We will not contact you whilst you are perusing, chasing for a decision, preferring that you are allowed to make your own mind up in your own time.
Seeking Advice and Guidance
Following an application, a lender will instruct a survey and valuation and produce an offer.
Legal Advice is mandatory for Client Protection – You can instruct a Solicitor of your own choice, but we would recommend one of the following. They all specialise in the needs & concerns of those in later life, & are all members of the Equity Release Council.
